2.1 Our services

TPS Unlimited provides unlimited Telephone Preference Service (TPS) checks via web interface and API. Results are derived from official TPS register data; accuracy depends on third-party sources and cannot be guaranteed.

2.2 Subscriptions & Payments

• - Subscription plans: monthly or annual.
• - Billing begins when payment is processed and renews automatically until cancelled.
• - Prices may change with prior notice.
• - Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• - Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

2.3 Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt to breach security, or use data for illegal marketing purposes.

2.4 Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software are the property of 3G Telecommunications Ltd or its licensors.

2.5 Liability & Disclaimers

We provide services “as is.” We do not accept liability for loss or damage arising from your use of our site or data from third parties.

2.6 Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or legal requirements.

2.7 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

TPS Unlimited is a service provided by 3G Telecommunications Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are the data controller for personal data collected through our website and customer accounts. For uploaded telephone numbers, we act as a data processor on your behalf.

3.2 Lawful basis for processing

We process personal data based on:

• - Contractual necessity (to provide our service);
• - Legitimate interests (account and service communications); and
• - Consent (marketing emails and optional updates).

3.3 Information we collect

• - Account details: name, company, email, and billing address.
• - Service metadata: API requests, usage logs, IP addresses.
• - Uploaded data: telephone numbers for TPS checking.
• - Cookies & analytics: for functionality and performance (see Cookie Notice below).

• - Provide and maintain the service;
• - Manage billing and support;

3.5 Marketing communications

3.11 Processor Responsibilities (for Uploaded Numbers)

When you upload telephone numbers for checking, you remain the data controller. We process that data solely to perform TPS lookups and delete uploads after completion of processing.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
